Basically 2 and a half years I ago I got a phone contract out with orange it was something like £32 a month. A year later I take another contract out with them for £20 a month. 6 months later I get abit of money and decide to buy out the £32 contract what had about 6months left.
I ring orange and they said yep that's fine, it will cost £150 and you have to pay for current month as well. So I was due to pay around. £180 to buy out my contract. The direct debit went and they only took £52 for the the two contracts but didn't take the £150 to buy it out. They gave me the PUK code and I gotta another contract out with 3.
They still haven't taking the money and I'm
Not paying for the contract no more. But I was wondering if they will suddenly bill me when my secound contract with orange ends?
Cheers

Pay up, they will always catch up in the end.

On saying that though, I got a full kitchen for £60 because they buggered up the direct debit, went in several times to set it up and put the money to one side just in case, but they never did ask for the othe £3000.

If you want to pay it, call them up and remind them.

If you don't, stick the money in a savings account just in case they do want it in the future.

In all likelihood you're liable for the sum, but unless you chase it up they may well forget. Just ensure you're not caught out - plan for it to be removed from your bank account.

Also, <insert generic lol at phone contracts>. Loans for phones. Oh, I do love to be a lender.
