They also stop kamakazi flies that hit your jacket shooting up into your helmet - It's a bit off putting when your riding at 60 and something resembling a wasp starts buzzing around in front of your eyes!! - had a learner behind me backed off to about 500 yards when i was wobbling about trying to open the visor without crashing. Thanks for the tip RooRoo, just bought Bike solely for the freebie.Even the shop assistant remarked that it was nice to see a mag giving a way a useful free gift for a change - as she stroked it and remarked how soft it felt... Shocked

Nice of them to provide the little graphics with all the suggested wearing styles - not quite sure what the difference is between the Mookie and the Pirate though...

Went for the plain black myself rather than the Bike logo'd one. Which one did other people pick?

You mean there was different colours? Doh! I just picked up the 'Bike' one, would've picked black had I seen one.

I got one when I joined the BMF. Pirate look is best! Never used it on the bike as I have a proper wind stopper for when it is cold, but it made anice face mask for when I was ski-ing.

Of course, we could all take a tip from Sixties fashion and just go back to wearing rollneck polyester jumpers instead...

I did have to search for a black one in my newsagents. Reckon they've been much more popular so the 'Bike' ones all get left on the shelf for the latecomers to pick up...
