Please comment on and/or 'translate' this eBay item description (fun, serious or 'other' contributions all welcome). Here's the text, and a link to the listing:

If you like classic bikes... or are a collector, this is the bike for you.
It's been sitting for over a decade but has been refurbished.
These features are what has been done recently.
Great condition.

Old bike been in the shed for donkey's years mice ate saddle and the pipes rusted through. Absolutely no idea if it runs but I fitted a battery and the lights came on. Caveat Emptor.

Probably not a bad little bike which appears to be in good nick. Don't believe what the seller says as gospel but if you're decent with spanners etc it could be a great little bike. From the 'Collectors' point of view the 200cc bikes of all manufacturers tend to be neither fish nor fowl as they were an 'in the middle'of engine capacities. These things came out when 125s were commuters and 250s were pretty 'hot-snot' so I doubt that they'll ever be much more than interesting usable bikes but will never appreciate much financially.

The zip tie is probably holding the clutch lever in to try and free up stuck or sticking clutch plates, as often happens with bikes that have been sat unused for a long time.
