Anyone seen/got an opinion on this?

Seems long winded to me and relies on a court not just reissuing a warrant etc, however very interesting that it appeared to work.. at least on this initial occasion..

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FPKOa-5GPPg

Is almost half an hour long so,

TLDR; Bailiffs arrive, entry refused, police called, civil matter determined, entry again refused, bailiffs told to get off property by police, bailiffs leave.

Is it the Irish family?

It shows integrity tbh.

In the UK a LOT of laws are actually illegal. The Magna Carta had in it provisions so it could NEVER be revoked.

Governments have revoked it and broken the law but ignore this law breakage because they can break your legs if you disagree.

Erm not sure if they're Irish, it's in the UK, the Bird family I think but the guy doing the speaking calls himself the 'beneficiary of the estate'.

I think it's great tbh, but it's what happens after the eviction is called off that matters!

View #1: Cowardly criminal thug scum get deservedly put in their place by a proper British hero who knows his stuff and refuses to be intimidated.

View #2: Charlie, you're thinking of this place all wrong. As if I had the money back in a safe. The money's not here. Your money's in Joe's house right next to yours. And in the Kennedy house, and Mrs. Macklin's house... waaaait a second, Joe's defaulted on his mortgage and won't let me sell his home. Well, I guess that's you screwed then, Charlie.

Eh, I'd be fairly confident that those bailiffs and their handler will just turn up again when Loz there isn't around and bump the lock.

Indeed Thumbs Down which is where the whole private prosecution comes into play, not that it will be much good when the cvnts have already been in the house though.. Evil or Very Mad

Is the amount owed in dispute?
What's a better solution if they are just not going to pay a debt?

Bailiffs must be the last resort as they will have a serious fee for what must be risky work.

At one point main scumbag comments to female constable "can you imagine if everyone was like this" "yeah I know but *inaudible*"

Excuse me whattttt, if everyone knew the law and their rights you mean? :S

Not sure tbh, at one point he mentioned "it's still in the courts" so whether it is disputed or they're using this as an experiment to see how far their interpretation of the law will stretch I'm not too sure?

Same for me really and imo the outcome is something that everyone needs/should know about RE: the whole asking bailiffs to leave & refusal equating to trespass..

Doesn't matter TBH, the bailiffs had no right to be there.

The bloke in the blue shirt who was talking for 99% of the clip, and 95% of that 99% was repeating the same thing 5 times before moving on to the next point, and talking over absolutely everyone in between licking the Police ringpieces.

I would like to know what has happened in order for things to go to court and for bailiffs to be sent out in the first place.

I understand rules must be followed etc, but what has brought things to the point where a couple of guys with a camcorder and a well rehersed set of actions and wording have been in the situation that we see?

Couldn't pay the vig on the credit-card he was forced to use just to get by, on account of his wage not being fit for a chinese peasant.

I worked with a lad who'd spent some time as a bailiff. He said he'd had a sawn-off shotgun pointed at him through a letterbox.
