When Hein Gericke were going through the hoop last year I bought a set Of R&G crash bungs for the TL for the paltry sum of £5.
It was only this week when I came to fit them I realised that the mounting bolts were missing, bugger. And after drilling holes in the fairing to fit them.
I emailed R&G to get a price for a set of mounting bolts and bar ends and within 5 minutes I had a reply saying they would send me a set of bolts FOC.

Now thats customer service.

Fowlers, take note!

Great!

Now they just need to make their products fit properly, or, include all the fixings first time round. Laughing

Hein Gericke were renowned for nicking bits out of boxes, I had an Arai helmet visor fall off the first time I used it and they refused to take any responsibility until I mentioned Trading standards. On closer inspection the plastics that hold the visor hinges etc did not match the helmet (no metal-flake in the black, hard to see but was pointed out by the shop manager!). They had botched it together from left over parts.
I got my money back.
