...can you get access to records, as in what you have sold and to who, more than 3 months ago?
...and if so how far back?
As you may read between the lines I'm having an issue with a seller.
I can access my buying records for the whole of 2012. He says eBay only go back 3 months (which I find very odd). So just wanting clarification (I don't sell on eBay myself - maybe I will one day).
BTW this is eBay itself, not PayPal or any other stuff.
