Question about an O Ring.

Thermostat is leaking a bit.

Now looking around I've found the replacement OEM part number 670B2022 but the postage prices are a bit ridiculous.

Seeing as that is a 22mm O Ring, Will any 22mm O Ring do the job?
as I can probably get one a lot cheaper in both actual price, postage and deliver time.

Yes and no. Need one of the right thickness (for want of a better way of putting it). Also need one that is resistant to what it is sealing, but probably not a major issue with antifreeze.
