What exactly do you mean by "standard"? Restricted? If so, then surely it'll be 30mph to meet the moped laws.

^ what he said, if your 16 (as i suspect you are) 30 is as fast as you go legaly on the road, get seen doing more than that when a coppers arround and you be in the poo.

My mate has got a derbi senda super motard. He said that when it was restricted it would do just under 30mph but derestricted he said it would do 65 at a hard push.

Funny that, my moped is restricted and on average it goes at 40MPH, the restrictiors are quite pants really! I got 55MPH out of my ped down a very steep hill. Smile

i got a couple of mates with sendas. expect the same as all 50's his does 55mph (clock speed) 50mph (real speed) flat land. you will find more or less or 50's will top out at 50mph derestricted, anyone tells you different, tell em to go past a 40mph speed camera at top speed. i mean hell my clock reckons i'm at 60 while my mates says 55 but really its 50, hell i got 75 down a big hill (i was playing about with sprockets) but it would be no more than 60 real speed. in other words, dont belive everything you are told, generally it can be a load of crap.

Indeed, i once got an indicated 78* on my cg, can they go 80? can they asre!

*anyone with a cg tinking of trying this down a VERY big hill i dont reccomend it at all, cgs don't like anything more than 65, was like rideing a two wheeled washing machine on uber spin cycle through a building site..
