Our microwave decided to give up today, so started to look online for a replacement. Noticed we could get double exchange on clubcard vouchers if we bought one from Tesco Direct.
Chose one, was going through the checkout. When it came to adding the vouchers, we had a total of £2. It should have been around £40!

We are now waiting for a reply from Tesco customer services.
On our clubcard page it says the vouchers were used in Stevenage on October 13th.
Neither of us have ever been there.
Looking online, this has been happening with Tesco, since at least February this year. Clubcard voucher theft on a grand scale! It does appear that most people are getting their vouchers re-credited.
So just a warning that if you collect clubcard points, check your accounts!

We've had a few where we just thought we'd possibly used them before (use them online, £10 for £40 for days out etc) then forgot to bin them and tried using them again...Maybe not the case then.

Yes, earlier this year there was a big issue after a load of people got their accounts hacked and their points stolen. The fraudsters then toured Tesco stores around the country spending all their false vouchers. It became a huge problem and it took a while before stores realised what was going on.

Tesco should be able to refund your lost vouchers... fingers crossed!

Here's a link to a Moneysavingexpert story about it: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/news/shopping/2013/02/tesco-clubcard-users-report-stolen-vouchers
