centre stand/rear shock

Hi guys im just curious to find out if a honda ns125rl is supposed to have a centre stand? it looks like my bike has somewhere i could attach one to but i dont know whether it should have one or not as i also cannot find them on the internet for sale, if they do would i be able to fit one from another bike at all?

Also how do i tell if my rear show needs replacing, i think it does as when i sit on it it decreases a bit then if i get my brother on the back you cant see the top of the rear wheel (not sure if this is normal)
