was in my paypal account to change details earlier
I noticed a message saying I'm approaching my send limit of £1900
and I only have £27 left and my next reset is in May

there is a tab to "Raise my limit" but it wants bank details and direct debit details

I've never had any issue before and I'm sure I spent more than £1900 last year via paypal

anyone shed any light on this

My husband had this message last year, he added his bank account details and doesn't have a limit anymore. I have always had my bank details registered and have never had a problem.

They obviously don't like the fact they can't raid your bank account any time they want to.

I have my pay pal tagged to a pre pay credit card for security reasons
it means I put money on then buy and pay so no money can go out my account
without me putting it in there for that reason

next I don't have a bank account I can use so this is going to be an issue
I may need to revive my old Abbey national account that is dormant
as I have purchases lined up and planned to pay via paypal
they will total over 2k by the end of april alone never mind May Shocked
why do they insist on this BS £1900 is nothing
I spent over £500 through PP alone today and I'm sure there making a decent commission on the purchases

It's because paypal are criminal filth who want to be able to treat your bank account as if it were their very own. Google it and see how many people have been robbed by them over the years.

No, its because of anti-money laundering laws.

Simples.

Deal with it.

Like I said, criminal filth. I saw their scumbag CEO on TV a few weeks ago; five minutes with the genetic sewage, no legal consequences...oh yeah. Mad
