This is the first time I've booked a courier online to come and pick up a parcel, usually I just drop it off at the post office. I paid £11 to Parcel Monkey to pick up my parcel today but after staying home all day, they never came. The buyer needs it before Saturday but at this rate it's not going to get to him.

After looking at some reviews online, Parcel Monkey are apparently crap (should have searched before paying!). So, should I try and reschedule or will they come tomorrow morning?

Always have these types of problems with ipostparcels and parcel monkey. Nowadays i stick to the big guns, City Link, DHL or similar.

Hermes have various shops at which you can drop parcels off for collection by the courier, which saves pissing about waiting in for them

I recently built my PC. Ordered about 17 packages in all from different companies. With the exception of one that came FedEx, all came DPD and i've never had a better delivery company. They arrive ON time. Always very polite, text you the day before or that morning with the expect time with the option to delay delivery.
Never had a problem, just dont know if you need a business in order to bulk-send with them.
