I'm looking for insurance at the moment and ran a quote through confused.

Admiral £684.76
Bell from Admiral (that's the one with the little box fitted) £745.18

£60 to have a little box fitted that will tell them what a risky driver I am!

Bell is for younger drivers, and if it's anything like the thing Motaquote did, the box is to ensure you don't use the car at night as per the terms of your policy.

Probably doesn't even cover the cost of them fitting the spybox. Doh!

Looks like a simple plug and play box, I believe it has a G sensor in it and monitors your overall driving style.

It's definitely for the young-uns, I just couldn't understand why it would cost me £60 more. I have a quote for £318 anyway so I think I'll be going for that Smile

If these boxes get any more popular, G is going to struggle getting a lift anywhere.
