Evening all,

Last night when I went to remove my rear wheel to have a new tyre fitted, I noticed one of my rear sprocket nuts was loose, and has clearly been catching the swing arm, as it's pretty mashed. Shocked

I was wondering if anyone knew what thread pitch these are? They are certainly finer than my M10x1.5 tap. 1.25 maybe? As you'll see in the pictures, the others are slightly worn due to fouling a dent in the old chain guard, so I was looking to replace all four, but Honda want something obscene like £3.50 per nut!

Thanks in advance for any advice!
Stuart

suck it and see,may be worth checking the cush drive rubbers as well

Haha. I wish I could. There isn't a chance of using either the stud or the nut again. The threads are completely mashed on both.

I'm changing the chain and sprockets at the same time, so had a quick look at the cush drive rubbers tonight, which all seem okay. Thumbs Up

If anyone is at all interested in the outcome of this exciting tale, M10x1.25 is indeed the correct pitch for these. Thumbs Up
