After kinda forgetting to ever look at the oil strainer on my CG, an after struggling to get the flywheel off I decided to whip it out the strainer an see what condition it was in

nice... god knows what the fluff is doesn't feel metallic or anything

Rag lint or gasket pulp, probably.

I had a tiny lump of the stuff on my strainer last time I checked it.
