I always seem to end up with my helmets getting marked in the same areas. On the back of it, I never notice it happening but after a month or so I see the same old familiar marks. Wee chips on a black helmet.

So im thinking about using the stick-on individual circular pads that are meant to go on petrol tanks. You know the sort, those padded black glossy ones

So I'm wondering if these stickers would affect the helmet in any way or are there better ways of doing it?

Cheers

About 6 of my helmets just sit around, on floor, cabinet etc. They are scuffed. I don't care though

1, the mint one sits on its own in a rack. Laughing It is perfect..

Point being, just look after it.

I have one helmet, a Shoei I bought a few years ago. I wear it a lot, it lives on the floor and a apart from a little scratch on the visor its mint. I can't really see how helmets get knocked about so much, am I missing something?
