Hi All,

My son has a Honda H100A which currently has a rotten exhaust, we have cleaned it inside and now runs well but has lots of pin holes in it.

It has been patched up but eventually gets through as its got more holes than a cheese grater.

Does anyone out there know what other exhausts will fit as the 'A' series ones are like hens teeth, does the SD series fit as I have asked around in a few of my usual bike shops and they do not seem to know a conclusive answer and I dont want to commit to a new exhaust that will not fit. Shocked

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I've got an H100A and was lucky enough to pick up a new genuine exhaust for it but that was after months of looking so i know they are hard to find. I looked closely at the later (two-piece) system and as far as i could see it would fit at the cylinder end ok and give the correct angle...in fact i think the cylinder is the same across the variants...

If its the downpipe end that's rotten then maybe you could use the front section of the later type and weld it to the can end so the rear mounting bracket is still in the correct position?

If it's the can end that's rotten then time to fabricate a new mount and weld to the later type...

talk to mick abbey tuning to have one performance pipe made up for you. Not cheap but will do the job and better than bodging one on.

Or keep looking on ebay for a good 2nd hand one, they do come up but rarely

Thank you for all of your suggestions Very Happy

I took it to my local motorcycle breakers, he said give him a fiver and he would weld a couple of plates on for me, 2 hours and lots of faffing later, a great job done that should last a couple of years.

The best fiver I have spent in ages!

My son bought a cbr125r at the weekend too so I feel a restoration coming on! Wink

Well his cbr125rs-6 has now arrived so doubt he will show much interest in this bike for a while, time to roll up the old sleeves and get stuck in. Smile
