Over weekend I sold one, changed tyre on another and rode the other one...

Rode it to work, saw 22000 miles and thought "only 2k miles until my next service"

24k is brake fluid and oil i think

*Edit* Brake fluid, Coolant and Oil change, even though I change my oil every 4k miles instead of 8.

Bet Honda will want £200ish to do it too!

adjusted float heights on the 6/12, how it idles below 2k which is quite nice, makes town riding a lot easier.

still needs another tweak i think but that can wait til ive done another plug chop in a day or 2. priority for now is strip down the er5 engine out of my mates bike to see just how fucked the head gasket is.

Fitted my new exhaust at the weekend. SP Engineering carbon stubby. Sounds brilliant, very loud with the db killer out!

Also cleaned the chain, and lubed with ep90 (thanks for the tip). Gave the bike a bit of a clean and polish with wd40

Somehow (really no idea how) I passed my MOT with not a single advisory! I've accidentally been riding around for nearly a month without an MOT too, been followed by a couple of police cars in that time too, not complaining

About to change my spark plugs and oil to see if it helps my crunchy gears and rough idle. Wish me luck!

Nails and screws seem almost magnetically drawn to bike tires.
I put it down to filtering and the centre or side of the road road is where all crud ends up.
Take a look at the centre of the road near lights. It's a treasure trove of shit.

It seems the stubby levers I fitted the other day are exactly the same as the Pazzo levers, just without the Pazzo logo on them.

Can't see any difference at all. Makes me happy because the Pazzos cost about £60-70 each, and I got the pair for just over £20

Last night I gave the bike a wipe down, Adjusted the chain, quick spin around the block, removed top box, measured a few things to give her a spring over clean and replace a few bits for aesthetics. Then sat in my garden next to my bike, with the assistance of doggies, and ordered a few bits for her.

At 8pm. In the warm, dry light of a spring evening. Can of Pepsi Max in hand.

Although I poke fun at people that moan about our weather, I gotta admit, last night was a lovely relief.
