Anyone identify this bike ?

I've found some old pictures of me and wonder if anyone can identify my uncles bike I'm sitting on ?
All I can say is taken 1960 or earlier. Bike is quite new at the time. No longer on DVLA database. Kickstart on left hand side. No brake or gearchange pedal visible on left hand floor for foot operation

Kinda looks like a Honda C100 maybe? 102 perhaps.

its not a honda,
its more likely to be a tomos or sachs or something like that, motobecane?? something along those lines
