a few days ago someone on my Facebook page got done for using a towing dolly. I cannot remember who it was but I assume it was someone on here.

what was the problems? and the outcome?

the reason that I ask is because I have just bought a bike dolly for emergencies (break downs, etc) and want to stay within the law to avoid fines and points.
