I believe Pulse Adrenaline is very close to the Sinnis Apache. Try calling Sinnis and asking them if that 'bit' is interchangeable.

Tell them its the rubber grommet that covers the calipers sliding pin Thumbs Up Rear brake by the looks of it

got in touch with a few companies today and they all said you got by it with the hole caliper as well lol typical
