Does it have '79 tri' beside the entitlement? If so, could be a trike entitlement acquired through his car test.

Lulzi DVLA fail - looks like a full licence entitlement to me Laughing

Strange how my brothers licence in the thread I linked has the new format with the A, A1 and A2 on it but your friends looks like the old type? Confused

A (full bike) 14-06-11
B (car) 25-03-93
C (Artic) 09-02-06
C1 (7.5T) 25-03-93
fklnp (mopeds, lawn-mowers tractors) 25-03-93

From the list, what that is saying is this is the licence of some-one who was born in 27 February 1969, and passed thier ordinary car driving test at 24 years old, on 25 March 1993. Then has gained full articulated Lorry HGV entitlement in February 06, and gained full motorcycle entirlement on 14-June 2011.

But you reckon the licence belongs tp some-one who's only just passed his CAR test and never ridden a motorbike?

How old is he?

Does he have a dad who is a truck-driving biker, with the same address by any chance... about 43 years old?

Passed a test for what? None of those entitlements are recent.

Likewise, if it'd just been issued, it'd have the full grid including A, A1, A2 AM etc. That's an older style licence.

Just like to chip in on this, I received my licence back Tuesday with my full bike entitlement (Yyeeeaahhyy!) but the DVLA do appear to have wiped my Lorry driving entitlement off! (Gheeeyyy)

They really do have shit for brains that lot

Yup, I've had a full licence since 2009.

I have my new licence sitting here which I got before the new style rear licences came in... says I'm restricted still, says I passed 03-10-11 Laughing
