I went out round the dales last weekend taking a few snaps in the snow and decided to unbolt my garage door and take the bike for trip expecting roads blocked with snow again.

I was very wrong, it was red hot and we realized that we had never really tried wheeling our bike or jumping them so we decided to find some uneven fields and let rip.

All 3 of us at the start of the day had only ever pulled a 1 foot wheelie and never had both tyre off the floor but by the end of the day we were hit jumps at 40mph in 2nd and hoping that we could set a new long jump record. I think we managed to jump 8-10 meters at some points and managed to get 4-5 foot off the ground.

We unfortunately did not have the gopro today Sad

If we would have had the go pro i think someone would have been killed as we were going to attach it to someone head and try and jump the person with the go pro on when they were in the standing position. To get good footage we would have been difficult as i think the person that was to be jumped would surely flinch. Anyway that's for another day.

This was last weekend

Now this was this weekend getting the front end a little high

Holy fuck balls hope the wr400 suspension survives

Off roading in jeans was not the best idea

https://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii302/ian505050/ian505050%202/DSC01248edited_zps855c91f4.jpg

When he landed this one the bike sounded like a tractor, i think we broke something in the engine so i thought we were going to have to call it a day. My brother decided that it was fine and always sounded like a tractor as he was being extremely optimistic that his bike was not fooked, but we all knew in our hearts that the bike had been killed.

He then said he was going the fix it by hitting a bigger jump at speed to try and knock whatever was broken in the engine back into position.

https://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii302/ian505050/ian505050%202/DSC01297edited_zpse00f5a42.jpg

To our amazement he pulled up after the next jump and the noise in the engine had stopped. Very Happy So if you thing you gsxr or cbr as a knocking noise just hit a dirt jump at 50 and it might fix it.

Lilttle baby wheelie

Big thumbs up for the farmer who let us use his field Thumbs Up And a big thumbs up to the pikeys who did not steal my bike from the garage over the past few days.

New fork seals and rear shock required. Might have to replace my spine and knee joints as well.

My divvy will get air, I do need to be doing in excess of 100mph to launch the ~350kg combined weight.

Poop also comes out then.
