I'm so chuffed!!!

I got my R6 back together yesterday with the help of a mate. 1st ride since last November - an "off" at Jerez then a back op.

What a buzz. One hour on the Notts to Melton roads, swapping bikes to ride his T595 for a bit.

Absolute bliss.

I love bikes. I love sunshine. I love life.

Awww... I kinda know how you feel. I had a year off due to being pregnant last summer + not fitting into leathers again til recently!
Feels great to be back on 2 wheels, doesn't it? I rode like a learner on my first time out but am now loving it again!

Looking forward to the time when A:I can ride on the road, B: when I next ride my trials bike. I love that Sherco. It can do anything. Point and shoot, no slope too steep yet. Has never lost any power on a climb, I love it. Next ride on Sunday, first ride for months, kinda nervous. Competition after a month without practise!
Looking for a top 20 finish.I would be happy then!
Oh, the real meaning of this post, congrats to you getting back on again Thumbs Up .Lomg may it continue to give that much pleasure.

Thanks all.
I've just been out for another little blast - got to take it easy - new tyres (Supercorsas, yummy), a little rusty and bad back.
I'll be scraping round those roundabout in no time Very Happy
