Hi,

Looking for some textile trousers (with armour and waterproof).
Can anyone suggest some that are a good price? Like £30-£40.

Not too fussed on how good they are, as all I wear is waterproof fisherman's trousers at the moment.

Worth bidding on eBay or should I buy new...

Thanks for any help.

new for that money will be cheap and not that waterproof. I know. Mad
problem is a lot of the 2nd hand ones will get sold on when the seams go, and they start leaking.
best option is probably spend a fiver less than you want and use a tent product called stormseal up the seams, because that's about a fiver a tube.

Don't think my buffalo ones were that much more,

Check out Ghost riders on e-bay and Buster's motorbike gear and buy some nikwax

Thanks for the advice.

Yeah I've got a buffalo jacket which was cheap, and it's pretty good.
So will check out the trousers Smile
