Hi all,
I'm aware that a larger engined bike can have it's power output restricted to 33bhp for a rider on a restricted license.

However I'd be interested to know the rules regarding restricting a bike (say a 250cc), so that it's power output is in line with the maximum for a learner legal bike?
Cheers

Buy a two cylinder 250, fill one spark plug hole with weld, re-register as a 125.

Eh, what Black Sheep said. The limit is on power and capacity, there's no way around it.

If you're going to exceed either, then either do it sneakily, or with gusto.
