My bike on Crimewatch Reconstruction

received a phone call today from the bbc Crimewatch program enquiring about my kawasaki ZZR250 on ebay, they have asked me if l would be willing for them to use it in a Crime reconstruction and that it would be ridden by a motorcycle policeman for the filming, they are calling back in the morning to arrange it all only problem is the filming would be on this thursday (at work) and in east london (l,m in surrey)

You sure it's not a trick, really they suspect you of motorcycle thefts and are luring you in to a secret plan to catch you by prentending they want to "borrow" your bike..

either that or its some thieves that will prentend to film your bike then not come back on it

nope phoned them back and they answered crimewatch uk, and have check phone number and its the proper crimewatch number from web site

It's a professional programme that is probably always using other peoples kit.

They will be covered by insurance, so if they screw up I'm sure they'll be more than willing to sort it out paying you etc.

the lady said l would be payed for the involvements (hopefully days wages) the signed agreement is a good idea but if they give me a £800 deposit l will be happy.
