Eeeek! Chrome! What sort of quality is the chrome on it? Do you have to keep on top of polishing it before it browns? I know not a lot about chrome on expensive bikes

Its o.ly the pods on the side and the headlight that are chromed, rest of it is matt black and metallic purple.

Been honeat i've only ridden her round about 100 yards to get her home as till the morning she's not taxed, but for that short journey.......she felt SWEET!!!!

Couple of things I want to change, firstly those mirrors.......
secondly i need to put a heat sheild on the exhaust as I burnt a hole in my textiles this morning!!!!

I`ve had the job of servicing & repairing one so....
the first thing you should be doin is inspectin the carburettor diaphragms for wear & if they are ok lube them up wit petroleum jelly.

and where is the regulator rectifier... under the side panel cos they over heat,
wanna check that.. needs a voltmeter readin across battery terminals wit engine runnin.

Probably just the angles but your tyres look a little low.

Checked tyres, front was bang on, rear was slightly down by 2psi, all sorted now though.

Yeah does kinda clash with the brickwork, good job me and the mrs are moving soon.........to another brick house!

As for servicing alls just been done, bought off a mate and i know he looks after his bikes. Reg/rec has already been seen to aswell .

Edit: overall she's in good shape for a 20 year old bike. Just had a blast down the A50 and through the meir tunnel, she sounds soooo sweet!!!!

The purple is nice with all the black highlights etc but the tribal stuff I hate, then again it isn't my bike. Other than that they're a nice little bike tbh, sure they aren't exciting but they're really comfy and eat up miles.
