CG125 front brake

Hi, I took my cg for its mot and it had an advisory for "front brake lever has little reverse travel".
I think this must have meant that there was too much slack as he as tightened it up but it seems its too tight now as I could hardly reverse it out the shed. (front wheel binding, becomes free after a few pushes but never did it before so im guessing its too tight and leaving the brake on abit)

I have looked all over but cannot find instructions to slacken the front brake lever. anyone help me?

Also while im here there was another advisory stating: "front suspension has a slight reduced damping effect" anyone know what it is and how it can be fixed?

damping = you need to add some fork oil

brakes mess with the adjuster on your leaver

Maybe im blind but I cant see an adjuster on the lever, can someone tell me where it is and maybe how todo it.

[edit] According to the cg125 workshop website you adjust the nut on the brake lever, but doesn't tell me how.
