While my nephew was riding his bike he stopped the bike and when he tried to kick the kickstart was solid

Was running premix plenty of smoke, but the crankcase is full of grey-ish oil, its not been used in months I know this can happen

The back wheel still moves freely, should it if it was seized, its a semi auto

Any help would be appreciated

sounds like a siezure mate , your best bet is to try and get the head off to see whats going on .
