I've stopped numerous times to see if I can help people out ... I've even gone to the next exit on a motorway and come back the other way as they've been on the other side when I passed ... a few seconds of your time can make a shitty situation more bearable for someone

I just can't understand people who just drive by when they see someone falling in the street ... I can't help hoping that the same happens to them and they'll suddenly realise what it's like!

From my experiences I've always found Russians are always willing to help people out much more than any other country l've been to, even though from first impressions they come across as rude/aggressive.

I can't understand people not helping fallen people either, I've picked a few people up in my time and am always astonished at how many people walked past before I could get there. Weirdos.

I sat in rush hour traffic in Carlisle blocking an entire lane once cos my car broke down. Hazards on, bonnet up, obviously broke down and rather than help, people just swerved past cursing me. I sat there for half an hour with people giving me shit until two blokes in a white van offered to give me a push into the side road whilst I waited for the AA to turn up
