When browsing bikes for sale online, almost every advert says "One careful old lady owner from new".

How many freakin old ladies ride bikes?? For some reason I just don't see them out on the roads. Confused

Really!? They say this for bikes?! Cars I've seen it for... but not when I was looking for bikes. Careful lady owner.... I don't know where they get this idea that ladies are careful Laughing

Laughing yeah for some reason people think 'hmm if i pretend a lady owned it people are more likely to buy it' but the truth is a woman driver will probably have dropped it a dozen times and ragged it. Laughing

I haven't, I genuinely haven't, but I know two girls who definitely would have. And as for cars, women (except me and maybe a select handful of others, of course Wink ) are bloody terrible drivers.

It's either "one careful lady owner" or the person is selling for a mate... I have been mistaken for a dude when out on my bike despite the long hair under the lid and reasonable padding in the boobage area. But I do treat my bike with care and never ever ever rag it.....

Much?

I know Edna (old lady on above bike) and she is certainly not careful. Massive wheelies away from the lights, thrashing the bike to buggery down every straight, known to have stacked the bike at least four times and diminishing brain cells mean she frequently forgets to do oil changes.

How many lady bikers?

Many more than come on here because they can't move for willy waving if they admit to their gender.

I would consider a previous lady owner to be a highly negative selling point for a motorcycle if the way Mrs stinkwheel rides a motorcycle is anything to go by.
