I've bought a cyclone V2 for my CBF125, and I've had a look at fitting it myself but I really don't have a clue how to do it, so:

What would be a reasonable figure to have it fitted by someone who knows what they are doing

and

Does anyone know of anywhere they can reccomend in the Birmingham area?

J.M. could possibly do it for some dollar, but you just wire the red to the battery and the black to the ground.

That is all you need. They'll disable the immobiliser by removing the + and - on the alarm box, so pointless to wire in.

I did mine saturday, took 5 minutes.

I could possibly do it, providing that I have a wiring diagram to look at. It also depends on what features you would like to use. Although I can't solder anything as I do not have power to my garage.

Just the alarm, really easy. Alarm + indicators, really easy. Alarm + Remote start, moderate depending on whether you wish to use the fail safes and alarm + immobiliser is also moderate/impossible depending on the wiring of the CBF (I don't know it as I've never worked on one).
