Can't stop shaking

For the past 2days now. I've not been able to stop shaking. It's like i'm cold but not.
It started about 7.30am yesterday, after a fall out with Miss B and just hasn't stopped. It isn't from drinking, since i only drink maybe once a week and that is only one or 2 pints.

Any ideas?

you are probably having withdrawals from your meds? what do you take and what dosage? with meds you can't just stop taking them you need to see your GP if you are having side effects ...
