Hi, new to this forum, hopefully someone may be able to assist. I have stripped my steering assembly apart and taken the stem out of my CB 500 2 model fram for bearing replacement, my issue is the outer race is firmly set in the upper yoke and the inner race also in the bottom yoke. there are no pry points, and unlike some other bikes they fit flush in the frame so no way of driving it out with a drift from the other end. The replacement part is a taper roller bearing rather than the ball journal bearing that is being changed is definitely need to renew the whole thing. Anyone actually performed this task know the correct procedure to remove the races ??? Shocked , many thanks

Richard
