Hi,

Seen this on eBay and been looking at it for ages, my wife wants a different scooter because her 50cc is not up for the daily commute, is this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VESPA-PIAGGOI-ET4-125-SCOOTER-1997-WHITE-/111069086357?pt=UK_Motorcycles&hash=item19dc3bc295 for £350 good. Are they reliable? Easy To fix?

Hope you's can help.

That's done a lot of mileage for a 125 scooter, even though Vespa (piaggeo) is the top/most reliable make. It's obviously had a bad crash as well, so I'd want to ride it before I bought it to make sure it runs, as well as starts, okay.
The price is okay for an old vespa though if it was in decent condition.

Ashamed to admit it, I had one before doing my DAS and getting a proper bike.

Mine was with the leader engine, can't remember the year.

Got to 35-40 pretty sharpish for memory, 55-60 top speed, 65 down hill and getting a nudge from behind.

£15 quid for a tyre and the only issue I had was the ht lead coming off the spark plug.

Was cheap to run, insure and tax. Just didn't do much for my testicle credibility.
