Hi all,

Well just got back from buying my new bike today Very Happy Looking forward to having a 600 over my 400 which to be honest has seen better days.

Anyway XJ6 2010 10K miles Very Happy

Not sure on the LED lights but it was a good deal so I cant complain Very Happy

Looks like a very nice bike but the LED's do look a little too diamante for my taste. Are they on all the time?

Yeah, as soon as you fire her up bang there on, not sure how they have been wired in but I think I will remove thrm when I pick her up.

Are those panniers really slim? Is there a topbox too? I think I can see a plate for it but can't be sure. Looks nice w/o top box...

Yeah its got a givi top box but I don't think I will put that on to be honest.

The panniers are very slim as the chap I bought it from didn't want the huge ones on the bike that most dealers sell, so he bought some for a 125/scooter and made up some brackets (Very well engineered to be honest) so you can quickly remove them etc.

I might keep these on as the bike still looks good with them and its handy for storing stuff in on the way to work.

No touring planned as yet, I would like to get on and do some in Europe but we will see, the screen is slightly taller then the original to stop wind buffering.

Also came with oxford heated grips which is a bonus!
