Hi
Used to do 150 mile journies on a 125 regularly. My fastest time by bike from my old house to my mothers (~150 miles) was on a 125 2 stroke. Would sit at 80 happily and had a big enough tank to do the journey in one go.
Bike should be fine for it. Just don't hold it flat out. And if you are using decent quality 2 squeak oil remember you might need to top up before you get home.
All the best
