1979 Kawasaki Z200, trouble to find parts

Hi everyone,

I really hope this is the right section to post, but I'm kinda desperate to find information about my Kawasaki Z200 so please don't to be too arch on me.

So this is the situation:

I bought a 1979 kawasaki that I found in a old garage in Belgium. I managed to get the engine running but I think that it needs a good maintenance ( I don't know for how long it has been staying there but I would say almost a decade ).The problem is that I can't find parts here easily to work on this bike and nobody knows about this bike in Belgium, my Kawasaki dealer said that It wasn't sold here( mine was imported from Italy), and They can't find parts for this bike as well.

So I'm stuck with a really nice bike that I'd like to restore and ride but I've been searching for an air filter & other parts without success.It seems that you are a lot more familiar with this bike in UK, so could anyone give me some information about this bike in general and where to find parts etc etc ? It would be such a relief for me !

PS: I found that this bike was made between 77 and 79 for western market, but according to the papers of the bike, it says 1980. does anybody have an explanation for this ?

Thanks, This is were I already bought the parts I needed but they're out of stock for the rest . Actually all the websites that sell parts for this bike are out of stock for air cleaners and filters. So I don't know what to do :s

I found this one on Ebay but I have no idea if it's going to fit.

Zpower and z1enterprises(US based) are both pretty good for Kawasaki (K)Z parts. I'd have had problems without them as the z750 twin is not the most common of bikes.

Does anybody with a lot more knowledge than me ( not hard :p ) can tell me if this air filter is gonna fit on the Z200 ? They say so but It looks quite different from the original air filter.
