There is few pictures from a trip to Cornwall via Exmoor Park.
Just me and my girlfriend.

I do the cornwall trip at least once a year. Normally its just a day trip so straight down and back up. Might stay for a night next time and take in some of the sights.

Nice!

Is there something wrong with your camera? Smile
What roads did you use?, were they good or should we avoid them?.

I was pleasantly surprised to find some uncrowded/empty road that far south in such a touristy destination.
I have already said about how I would like to go back again and see a bit more at a more leisurely pace.

But for me remote Wales Next Smile

I was down that way picking up a bike a couple of weeks ago, wish I'd made a weekend of it, as there is indeed some lovely scenery down there, so why have you 'enhanced' it and made it look like scenes from a third rate, post apocolyptic holocaust movie?

Flippin cheek, lumping us in with the pasty eaters.

Dazbo666 - If the weather's nice Dartmoor is different. If you're not into hefty hiking then there's a drive up out of Okehampton past the military camp which takes you into the heart of the moor, good for 4x4's (bumpy in an estate, possibly a sump taker). Even just driving to the top of the hill past the camp opens up a variety of walking possibilities and a seemingly barren wilderness!

Nice walking along either of the coastline stretches near Exeter/ Bideford.

Don't bother with Atlantic Village, unless boredom is your thing.

Exeter's quite a cosmopolitan place with plenty of shopping at silly prices!

Down my neck of the woods (a bit off the Exeter/Bideford line) is Paignton Zoo and the Torbay coastline.

If some oick on an unmarked ZZR1100 blats past like a proper twat you know someone's enjoying getting back on the road after 7 months with no bike. Wink

Don't get me wrong, I love it too, but believe it has more impact when used selectively.
