if you mean
"can I use a bicycle puncture repair kit ?"

then yes.. cos that's what I would do... but use the largest patch in the packet or box .

using a bicycle innertube is pushing your luck somewhat...
it would probably work .. to start with but ...
bursting whilst traveling at speed whilst cornering is a significant risk.

buy the repair kit one with big sized patches .. try that first
Tesco, wilkinsons or asda do them.

your obviously gonna be in a hurry to fix this so I suggest you borrow a hair dryer and heat every thing up before you apply the glue, after and warm the patch up aswell... don't remove the see through film on the patch leave it on it helps stop it stickin to the tire.

DO remove the see-through film from the patch by partially folding the repair until the film cracks. Then peel off.

You must use powdered French Chalk (which, remarkably enough, is included in most quality kits and the cheap ones too) dusted over the repair to prevent the repair adhering to the tyre.

You don't really need to heat it up the glue will work at normal ambient temperatures. It is important to allow the glue some minutes for the solvent to dry before sticking the patch over the hole.

And kits come with all the instrutions anyway and if you can't work it out gie up biking. I've been fixing my own flats since I was 8 or 9. (I will persevere until I succeed Embarassed )
