I have recently purchased this bike and it was running fine but now it has developed a problem where it will not full throttle without choking and then dying. If i let off the throttle and then gently re-apply i can keep it running but it just will not go above half throttle. The bike idles ok a revs ok in low range. I have fitted a new carb, plug, checked the valves and changed oil but the problem still remains. Could this possibly be a problem with the fuel valve on the bottom of the tank?

Baotians are famous for doing this sort of thing Shocked .

Did you make the name up?

Anyway, sounds like you make have a blocked or kinked fuel line. Fine until you ask the bike to speed up.

Replace/clean the air filter, see if it makes a difference and report back. Thumbs Up
