Hello again,

I was wondering about Horns, can they be customized by way of engraving etc... ?

I'd love to get a chrome horn with Bandit engraved on it, but not sure if it would be possible/what horn I'd be able to get it done on as alot have slots.

Any ideas?

Yea I think that's what I'll do, I've emailed a local engraver about it. I think there is also one near my work so I can pop in to them also to compare prices.

I'm thinking something like this:

It would need to be stainless steel, not just chrome plated.

If you engrave chrome plated mild steel then your bandit lettering will have a flaky orange hue within a week.

Any reason?

It isn't often I look at a horn.

I think it will add a nice touch, the horn they currently had is just the original black one, and it's really tatty. On the bandits they are on the front of the bike too so you can see them well, unlike some bikes that have then in front of the rad.

I'll have to look to see if I can find a steel one.

Seems like a bit of a waste of time, and money, especially on a bandit. Laughing

Come round mine, I'll show you my horn, you can watch it all night. Heck, I'd even let you play with it.

Nobody has invited Silky back for a rebore. *raises little finger*

I always get invited back because I know that the little teat on the end of a rubber johnnie is the bit you put your foot on to take it off.
