Hi there guys,
My second thread and my second build
After selling my NS125F for a tidy sum i was offered a GP100 for very little money with a shed load of spare parts.... so i took it.
Keys and V5 in hand i started work on the little beast hoping to have it MOT within days.... well obvously that failed. As i stripped back down to the frame i saw the issue straight away.. wires.. just everywhere not even ordered but not working... working but not ordered!
I attempted to move everything slowly and tape it up in an orderly fashion and also sort the bare wires that were sticking out.. Well i feel that failed as 2 days later i had to order a loom as all but 1 bulb has blown and the wired just kept getting wurse.
I have now fitted the new loom to the point that the headlight side light works and the engine starts.. i dont have the bulbs for the rest of the bike yet but was really hoping somebody could link me or send me a wiring diagram to make sure ive done it all right as i dont want to keep blowing bulbs.
Other issues with the bike when i got it were... No tick over and it wouldn't ride and the front tyre was shot, the tyre has been swapped with a good one i already had lying around and i managed to give the carb a good clean and reset it and now the bike starts first time everytime and rides great (on private land obvously)
I really need help to finish the wiring as i have no transport currently and the bus is killing me for work haha..
Thanks,
Tom
