Sinnis are doing some 250's this year. I believe the 250 Apache is already out. They are not as cheap as the cheap ones, somewhere between 1.5k - 2k first hand. Maybe worth a look.

Had my 125 Sinnis almost a year and happy with it.

The Pulse Adreneline 250 will be available soon from Pulse / Lexmoto. I wouldn't write it off, there will be proper parts back up and something like a real warranty.

I don't know of anyone else who's currently selling 250s. There was the usual cruiser trash (hey-oh!) plus the Zongshen ZS250GS (acutally a 230 single with 20-something hp) was available a few years back, but seems to have fallen by the wayside.
