Swapped this for a 600 i had. First impressions... Bloody flies!! compared to the firestorm has a bit more urgency especially with the k&n, airbox mod, smaller front sprocket. Picks the front up in 2nd of the power easy(nothing compared to il4 1000cc but ohwell) feels very high and stable. Needs a clean an a fresh set of tyres.

Electrics aren't too bad, just watch your starter clutch and the clocks for misting.

Ohlins forks on the R like to leak rather a lot IIRC.

Nice looking bike, and they sound awesome Thumbs Up

For the Sprag, check the starter solenoid, a good upgrade is the 150 Amp rated one from a 2006+ bike, team that with a bigger than standard battery (TTZ14s-bs) and it should never run shy of starting power.
