 |
|
Bought a Suzuki GN125 for 1k, basically just to learn on before the mod 2, but will most likely get a bigger bike in in around 6 weeks time.
Some kind of hack ideally for about the same price. How much of a value drop should I expect on the GN125? I'll only have put about 200 miles on it since I bought it.
Cheers guys |

You got ripped for that GN.
125s generally hold decent money if they are nice and clean, well maintained and you use them as a stepping stone, bikes like mine with stellar mileage won't be worth anything, even with the 07 plate |

What year is the GN125
How well maintained is it
Is it looking great (no defect e.g. rips in the seat)
Are their any problems
They are the main questions you want to look at, most Japanese 125's hold their own in the market dropping depending on the season but not normally by that much. Also check out eBay and see what the bike has sold for. That will give you a ball park figure on what you can expect back.
Personally I'd say you paid a bit too much for that almost expecting about £600 depending on condition however it depends you might get a good buyer come along. ____________________ CB125>CG125>GN125>ER5>K100RS>R1100RS>K100RS
