Adding an Attachment!

Anyone have any ideas as to why whenever I try to add and attachment 'Page can not be displayed pops up? I can select the attachment I wish to add easily enough but this aways happens the moment I click submit
It's been happening for a while now, but I was hoping it would just sort itself out!

Usually happens when the attachment is too large afaik.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.
