On board with me at Thundersport GB - Cadwell Park

Footage from race 4 on Monday at Cadwell Park with Thundersport GB in the golden era super sport class. My first TSGB meeting and my 4th race meeting so far, came 5th in class in this race and my best lap time was 1.42.4.

There’s a little crash ahead of me on the last lap as well, shame I didn’t have my camera on for race 1 on Sunday as that was absolute chaos!

Is your bike way underpowered compared to the rest? You seem to be better than most through the twisty stuff, but get left for dead on the straights.

What made the bloke at the end crash? He seemed to go down way before the corner.

Cheers mate, yes my bike is a bit underpowered compared to some of them. It is a mixed race with the superbikes (1000cc etc) so there were a few much quicker ones out there but the 600s are allowed to tune slightly so most had been played with in some way whereas mine is completely stock.

It was the last lap so there were a few do or die moves going on, the rider in front took a defensive line into park corner at the end of the straight and the guy behind tried to go up the inside when there wasn’t really any room. His front wheel hit the back wheel of the guy in front and the rule is front always loses against back…
