Bike forums tend to be full of people who know each other on one hand and people who dont know anyone else and have sod all knowledge of bikes on the other

Some posters just like to persistently take the piss out of people who dont know as much as they do and then now and again you find some guys who are just terminally helpful and will pm you to get your issues resolved.

All in all BCF has been fairly good as far as my experience goes so has northwestbikers.net

The Blackbird forum seemed to be a clique and not particularly helpful towards people who want information .

Not nearly enough experience of (BMW) GS's on here for the average PH'er .

Pretty sure there's some decent enough rider's on there, so disappointed that their road tester(s) seem to have little idea about.

Pistonheads biker banter is full of people who have absolutely no f*cking clue about bikes whatsoever. I stopped commenting in there because of the crap that is often spouted.

It seems the only qualification you need to be an 'expert' in Biker Banter is to have owned a warm hatch for a few years. Then, it seems the common theme is "I'll be fine on a 600RR/Blade/S1000RR because I've owned a fast (sic) car!"

There are lots of people on here who know nothing about anything, but there are still a few knowledgeable people, unlike PH who have people who own a Nissan GTR lauded as their 'bike experts'.
